Criteria for evaluating works:
- matching the topic, originality of approach to the topic, creative individuality, technique of execution.
Conditions of participation in the Competition:
· Copyright infringement is unacceptable.
· Correspondence with the authors is conducted at: n-chern@bk.ru
· In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions of the contest, the cartoons are removed from the contest without explanation.
· Caricatures of participants can be used by the organizers of the contest for exhibitions, publication in the media, popularization of caricature contests, website.
· Submission of the authors of their works for participation in the competition means the author's consent to these terms.
· The decision on the caricature rests with the jury. Several exhibitions are planned in Russian cities (Ozersk, Snezhinsk, Perm, Kazan).
