CARICATUNIS .. 4th Edition
Under the auspice of Fayoum Governorate, Fayoum Art Center is pleased to announce the details of the annual international competition for caricature & satirical portrait “CARICATUNIS 2023”.
Cartoon Theme: Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant concept; it's already here. We seek artists to demonstrate its potential to improve our lives or caution us about the risks associated with it.
Satirical Portrait: Sir Dr. Magdi Yaacoub
In this year's edition, we aim to express our gratitude for Surgeon Dr. Magdi Yaacoub's remarkable contributions. His groundbreaking advancements in Heart Surgery have brought about a revolution and positively impacted numerous Egyptians, particularly children. We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to him by dedicating this competition in honor of his exceptional work.
Conditions:
● Open to artists from anywhere in the world.
● Works must be in JPEG format, 300 dpi, A3 size.
● Works can be black and white or color, in any style or technique.

Prizes Awarded by the Jury/
1st Prize 500$.
2nd Prize 250$ for Portrait.
3rd Prize 10.000 L.E for the Best Egyptian Artwork.
