We are pleased to inform you that the international caricature festival "Kolašin 2023" has announced the 8th International Caricature Competition.

Regulations:

Theme of The Festival:

Theme 1: "Caricature Portrait of Uros TOŠKOVIĆ, a Famous Montenegrin Artist".

Theme 2: "My Best / Funniest / Cartoon".

Deadline: July 15, 2023

- Participants can send a maximum of ONE (1) paper per topic. A total of TWO (2) papers.

- Each paper must have the name and surname of the author, the country and the serial number of the paper.

Example: JOHN SMITH, USA 1, JOHN SMITH,USA 2...

- The theme of this year's festival is PORTRAIT OF THE MONTENEGRO ARTIST - UROŠ TOŠKOVIĆ.

- Artists from all over the world will respond with portrait caricature to this given theme through the life and creativity of this great Montenegrin artist.

- The best works will travel the world.

- We will reward the winning works with the First, Second and Third prize, which will be in money and in the form of trophies, diplomas and T-shirts with the best works.

- We will also reward the best work on the topic - MY BEST FUNNIEST CARTOON.

- We will also award five special awards - diplomas. Good luck to everyone!

SECOND PRIZE: 300 euros, a trophy, a diploma and a t-shirt with the winning work.

THIRD PRIZE: 200 euros, a trophy, a diploma and a t-shirt with the winning work.

Five special awards - Salon diploma.

- Winners are Required to send original works, or bring them to the award ceremony.

- The jury's DECISION will be published on July 17, 2023 on all foreign cartoon websites.

- The winners w be formally announced at the Cultural Center in Kolašin. The awards ceremony will be held on July 30 2023 at 8 p.m. in the Kolašin Cultural Center.
