Turkish magazine exhibition Bayan Yani
Exhibition dedicated to the Turkish satirical magazine Bayan Yani opens.
The Quevedo Institute of Humor Arts, of the General Foundation of the University of Alcalá, organizes this exhibition that will be open until November 19.
The Humor Factory, located on Calle Nueva 4, in Alcalá de Henares, opened a new exhibition titled 'Bayan Yanı. Ladies of Satire. Feminist cartoon in Turkey', focused on the famous Turkish satirical magazine published since 2011, whose circulation has exceeded 50,000 copies.

Antonio ANTUNES
Portuguese political cartoonist António Antunes was born on April 12, 1953 in Vila Franca de Xira, Lisbon. In March 1974, a few weeks before the Portuguese Revolution, he started as a professional cartoonist in the newspaper 'República' and since the end of 1974 he has worked as the house cartoonist for the weekly magazine 'Expresso'.
Ray GILLES
Raymond (Ray) Gilles was born on June 15, 1923 in Louvain. He would therefore have been 100 years old this year. There is no better opportunity than to highlight one of the most important Belgian cartoonists.
