All authors can participate, regardless of nationality, age, gender or profession.

Rules
Participants can send a maximum of 2 cartoon.
The size of the works must be A4 or A3 format (300 dpi) – required. When submitting, each cartoon must contain the full name and country of the author and the number of the paper.

An international jury will select the works.
Other Rules
Each author whose work is included in the exhibition of 50 authors will receive a catalog.
By participating in the exhibition, the authors agree that their works can be used to promote the exhibition (catalog, poster, publishing in the media, etc.) without compensation to the author.
